2. Application

These terms and conditions apply to all sales, reservations, pickups, and deliveries of Sabor a Buenos Aires, both in-store, by phone, and via delivery platforms (Uber Eats, Deliveroo, Takeaway, etc.).

3. Products and prices

All prices are listed in euros, including VAT.
Our dishes are freshly prepared every day. Images on the website are for illustrative purposes only.
Prices are subject to change at any time.

4. Orders and deliveries

Orders can be:

Orders placed via external platforms are subject to their own terms and conditions.
Sabor a Buenos Aires is not liable for delays or errors caused by external partners.

5. Payments

Payment is made in cash, via Bancontact, or via the payment methods of the chosen platform.
An order will only be processed after payment has been confirmed.

6. Cancellation

Cancellations can only be made by telephone and within a reasonable period of time.
Once preparation has started, no refunds can be made.
External platforms apply their own cancellation policies.

7. Allergens

Our dishes may contain traces of allergens.
Please inform us in advance about any allergies. A list is available in the store.

8. Liability

Sabor a Buenos Aires is not liable for damage after collection or delivery.
The customer is responsible for proper storage and consumption.

9. Complaints

Complaints can be reported within 24 hours of delivery or collection via vrijdagmarkt@saborabuenosaires.be.
We handle every report with care.

10. Applicable law

These terms and conditions are governed by Belgian law.
Any disputes shall be settled by the courts of Ghent.
